- What is the return policy ?
Products purchased from Impressions website are only exchangeable for store credit , if the Item is a Stock item and Not a Special Order.
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving o obtain a return Authorization . You will be charged a ReStock fee of 15% . In addition you are resposnible for the return shipping and will not be credited back for the original shipping cost.
Products purchased in store , and are an In stock item , can be exchanged within 7 days for Store Credit or exchange.
Special Order items or Any item Not in Stock , is NON Exchangeable or returnable.

- What if the item is received damaged or defective ?
All products are governed by the individual companies warranties. Whether purchased In Store or Via the website.
Any products , purchased thru the website, that are received Damaged or Defective , must be reported within 24 hours of receiving.
You are required to send pictures , and keep all the original shipping pacaging .
Damaged claims will be processed for breakage.
Any defect in the original manufacturing process or in the products use , will require a claim to be filed with the appropriate products warranty department.

- I purchased an item, but it as ruined in use ?
Many of the products require extra care.
Such as possibly Not Dishwasher safe or other care instructions that are included in the packaging.
Should anything happen to the product , while adhering to the care instructions , they will be governed by the Products company warranty policy.

- I see product online , Can I pick it up ? and is it Same price ?
in store items may not have same Priing as Online. Furthermore , some items may only be available either online or In-Store.
Pricing or Specials found online , can be strictly for Non Pickup situations. And incur the shipping and handling fees as per specific items.
